At Havan Seva, we strive to provide the best possible spiritual services with devotion and sincerity. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or modify your booking. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Before the Scheduled Havan/Puja:
✅ If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
✅ If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled Havan, a 50% refund will be provided.
❌ Cancellations made on the same day of the Havan are non-refundable, as preparations and arrangements would have already been made.In Case of Rescheduling:
✅ If you wish to reschedule your Havan, we allow one-time rescheduling at no extra cost, provided you inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Once the Havan or Puja has started, no refunds will be issued.
Donations or offerings made as part of religious rituals are non-refundable.
If the booking was made with incorrect details or due to personal beliefs changing after confirmation, refunds cannot be processed.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
If you do not receive your refund within the expected time, please contact us for assistance.
4. Service Disruptions
In the rare case that Havan Seva cancels your booked service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, temple closure, or pandemic restrictions), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
